Shipment Times-All orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground. Typically, an order will leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of order date and the time in transit will depend on the shipping location. When the tracking number becomes available, it will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
Damaged Goods-If your order arrives damaged, you MUST refuse it at the time of delivery to ensure a full refund. Make sure that you inspect the package closely upon the arrival. You also have the option of noting the damage on the signature receipt, but it will then be up to the freight company to determine the amount they will return to you on your claim.
